Aligning with an expanded organizational mission, FABUM will be host to a continuing series of healing and awareness-oriented events, as well as creative gatherings and immersive performance art.
On Tuesday, October 9th from 7-9pm, FABUM will be hosting an Autumnal creative gathering to announce its Fall/Winter performance project, as well as other updates. It will also be the first in a series of what will be mindfulness-oriented events, aligning with an expanded organizational mission.
About the 'offering':
"Tibetan singing bowls have been used for hundreds of years for their sonic qualities of brain wave entrainment. Since the brain has different types of frequencies that are created during different states of mind, singing bowls allow the brain to cut the monkey chatter and enter into a quiet stillness.
These benefits have been used from Tibetan temples to western universities to modern corporations for relaxation, mindfulness, meditation, and overall well-being."
And now we incorporate it into a creative gathering! There will be refreshments and a reception.
